What is Medikal eMarketplace?
Medikal eMarketplace is owned, operated and managed by Specifique Marketing Corp, an online platform where you can easily find medical devices, tools & supplies that you or your facility needs. This online platform is open for medical product manufacturers looking for ways to get your products seen and discovered by the Filipino medical community. We aim to help our Filipino doctors and medical facilities to have an easy and faster access in acquiring medical products that will help change lives of Filipinos one patient at a time.

What ID's do you accept for verification?
We only accept valid PRC license ID’s. Part of the registration process, requires scanned copy of the PRC license for verification.

Are there any restrictions on the medical products I can sell on medical emarketplace?
All products that will be posted on the Medikal eMarketplace platform will be verified and approved by the admin before it goes live. Medical devices, tools and supplies should have proper documentations (i.e. certificate of product registrations, IFU’s, etc.) for verification. Be sure to send clear scanned copies of the documents for faster approval process.

How can I make it easier for customers to find my product?
If clients are looking for particular products they can either search it on the homepage or they search by categories or specialization. Advertising on our platform can also help your brand and products to be more visible to our buyers.

How to buy products?
If it’s your first to purchase on this website, you need to register first and follow the registration process. Registration is for FREE and you will be provided of your login details. After you logged in, you will be redirected to the product page. Once you have the product/s you want, just simply click the blue “Add to cart” button.

Is there a limit to the to the number of items I can purchase?
None, you can have multiple orders at a time. You can check all your orders upon clicking “Your Cart” icon.

How do I check my cart out?
Click on "Your Cart" icon. It will direct you to the page that shows all the products you have added. Once you are finish buying, just click on the "Checkout" button on the left side box.

What are the currently available payment methods?
As of now, we will only be accepting payment through bank deposit. We will be adding more payment methods in the future to make it easier for buyers to process payments.

How can I make a payment?
After placing your order, we will be sending you an invoice via email which includes our bank details. Once the payment is done, you will need to send us copy of your deposit/transfer slip with your invoice number for easier tracking of payment.

How to cancel orders?
Head on over to "My Account" dropdown menu and click on the "Orders" option. Find the reference number of the order you want to cancel and click the cancel button. Remember that this only applies when the order has not yet been confirmed. Once the order has been confirmed, there will be no more option to cancel.

Do you deliver nationwide?
At the moment, we are catering for Metro Manila deliveries only. Please check our websites regularly for future updates on nationwide delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?
For Metro Manila deliveries, there will be a fixed rate Php250.00 per delivery.
Returns/Refunds

Is there a return policy?
Yes, the return policy standard is 7 days.

Is there a charge when returning a product?
Products returned due to manufacturing/products defects will be replaced at no cost.
Returning of products due to wrong - item, size, brand, model, color, etc. must be in good conditions complete with original packaging and labeling will be accepted. There will be surcharge fee of 20% of the purchase price applies to cover (inventory replacement, delivery & shipping cost).
